BET HONORS

On Saturday my husband and I attended The BET honors. Our seats were great and the show was good. Unfortunately , we couldn't take any pictures during the show :(. This was my 1st award show, so I was a little amazed at how things go down in the background during taping!




This years honorees were Supermodel and humanitarian Iman, Historian Lonnie G. Bunch III,Musician Herbie Hancock, Entertainer Jamiee Foxx, Media Mogul Linda Johnson-Rice and legendary actress Cicely Tyson. It was all hosted by Gabriella Union , who had 10 wardrobe changes! Love it!

*HIGHLIGHTS*

When Iman walked in, I literally teared up, she is beyond SUPERGORGE, I may have to make up a new word for her.



NE-YO performed a medley of classic hits. Neyo is my favorite male singer, I had never saw him perform live, so this was a treat.



Marsha Ambrosius did a tribute to Teena Marie and she sound AMAZING!



Keyshia Cole performed, hmmmmmmmmm, didn't love it.



My husband was pleasantly surprised that Lalah Hathaway performed, he used to wear one of her CDs out!




Tank, who writes and produces for Jamiee Foxx performed, followed by GUY, who had everyone out of there seats!




Yolonda Adams performed as a tribute to Cicely Tyson.



Trey Songz closed the night out with WE CAN'T BE FRIENDS and my all time favorite song, LET'S STAY TOGETHER!

Golden Globe nominee and Oscar shoo in, Natalie Portman is the new face of one of my absolutely favorite scents, Miss Dior Cherie! I adore the simplicity of this ad, Natalie who is wearing nothing but a black headband exudes what this fragrance is all about, sensual yet classic. If you have never tried this scent, I urge to get to your nearest department store and get it, you won't be disappointed.

Window World, by Karl Lagerfeld

Hmmmmmm, not exactly sure what to make of this short film by Karl Lagerfeld, "Window World". It's a little weirdy, but interesting at the same time! As a child, I would often stand in the windows of stores pretending to be a mannequin, this short film reminds me of that, mix in I AM LEGEND, CHANEL clothing and that horror vibe soundtrack in the background, and you have a fashion madness. It’s a New Year Dolls and that means it’s time for some New SUPERGORGE Nail Color. Lately a lot of celebrities have been inspiring different nail colors collections, fashion, and trends. Tennis Super Star ,Serena Williams is one of them



Well known for her skills on the tennis court, dating rap artist Common, and one of [many] BFF’s of Kim Kardashian., Serena has had many fashion mishaps. Fashionista or not, Miss Serena has teamed up with OPI to create a Glam Slam collection. This is sure to be a hit.. This collection is something new and SUPERGORGE, inspired by the tennis players various tennis openings. Australia Open is the first of four collections which includes Simply Smashing (the name speaks for itself). I thought we had saw the dumbest tattoo ever, when Mike Tyson decided to get a tribal symbol tattooed on his face a few years ago,
well rapper Gucci Mane has taken Tyson's place!
WTF possessed this grown man, 30 plus, to get an ice cream cone with red lighting and of course the word BURR on the side of his face?? This is thee ultimate fail!
