Our SuperGorge Christmas!!

I hope you all had a SuperGorge Christmas. Christmas is by far my favorite holiday, but for some reason this year I wasn't in my usually festive spirit. That all changed on Christmas Eve night. My husband's family has a Christmas Eve tradition, the entire family gets together to do a Christmas program and tells about their year.
After that was over we had to rush home, make cookies for Santa and get Smoo ready for bed! My mother, sister, brother-in-law-, nieces and nephew all stayed over , which made me really happy. After the kids all went to sleep,I brought up all of Smoo's gifts , and forgot I had more in my trunk to wrap, he is truly a blessed kid and deserves it all. Hubby had to work Christmas Eve night, so with the help of my mo, sis and brother-in-law , we bought in one of my gifts to him, a pool table. That thing was heavy. We tired to put it together to surprise him but, that didn't work out, lol.

All Smoo's Gifts set out from Santa

On Christmas morning all the kids got up to open their gifts, which was the highlight of my day. Seeing their happy faces makes all the shopping, and long lines worth it.

Kardashian Kristmas Kard

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE, my favorite reality family's Christmas photo this year. Kim of course looks beautiful! This girl is seemingly perfect!

Khloe looks amazing, I love the color of her dress against her complexion! The dress is killer!!!

My absolute favorite look of the family's portrait is Kourtney, Scott and Mason! I love that Kourt decided to wear a suit to match Scott and baby Mason. The look like Bonnie, Clyde and baby!

9 Days 'Til Christmas: Family Potraits

Over the weekend my family all came over to take pictures! My mom has been saying forever that she wanted a picture with all her kids and god kids. As an early Christmas present to her we got Quicks friend, photographer Devan Clapp, to take them! Here are some raw copies of the pics! As a gift to your family you should get family portraits done. They last forever. Happy Holiday's!

It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas!!

The Christmas Holiday season is by far my favorite time of year, although my husband says I Love every holiday (which I do), but Christmas holds a very special place in my heart! I absolutely love shopping for my family and friends, and seeing their faces on Christmas morning is the best. I am always very thoughtful with me gift, and have dubbed myself the BEST gift giver!!!
On the 1st Saturday of December every year, I put on my Mariah Carey Christmas CD and decorate the Christmas Tree, usually my nieces come over to decorate with me, but I guess they are getting to old for me, they didn't come over this year :(.

This year Christmas shopping has been a cinch,I am completely done shopping for my son , nieces and godkids, and so ready to start wrapping gifts! I love the hustle and bustle of being out at the stores around Christmas Time. Now I have to get to shopping for the adults. Saturday, after decorating the tree , hubby and I took Smoo to see Santa. He was so excited. We stood in line for about 30 minutes , and when Smoo finally got to Santa he told him exactly what he wanted, a train.
On Sunday we went to church and the sermon hit home. The message was to let GOD into your home and just ask him for help , instead of telling him specific things that you want him to do. I need to learn to do this! I am so blessed in life and I never ask GOD for material things, my prayer from GOD is to help me strengthen relationships with my family and friends and to lead me into the career path that I am suppose to follow. On Sunday hubby, Smoo and I watched the RAVENS game! We love our home team game, but unfortunately we lost!! Better luck next week, I really want to go to SUPER BOWL THIS SEASON!

Happy holidays!

Thanksgiving

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving holiday! If you are reading this then you have something to be thankful for. I am truly thankful for my husband, he is the hardest working person that I know, and he does it all so that his family never wants for anything. I am thankful for my son, he is the light of my life and makes the most terrible days great. On Thanksgiving we spent it over my husbands family's house, I had a Macaroni and Cheese bake off with my husband's cousin Aleesha and needless to say i kicked her butt, lol. After dinner I participated in my first Black Friday shopping journey. What an experience! My neices and friend Kendria came along with me, and they thought tackling Walmart at 12am was hilarious! We shopped from 12 am until 8am hitting Walmart, Outlets and Toys R Us.I got about 90% of Smoo's Christmas shopping done in 1 night. I may do it again next year, just for the fun of it, because the sales weren't that great!! On Sunday we had another dinner with my family. While at dinner I played my niece's Wii Just Dance II game, it is so fun and definitely works up a sweat, I'm sure I worked off all that Thanksgiving food. Over all, I had an amazing Thanksgiving Day weekend, I hope you all did too!!
